I got a call from a buddy the other day, his
father had passed away and he'd inherited a house
in Maine. He didn't want the house or the contents
of the house and wanted my opinion.

Even though I am a real estate investor, I had no
answers because I'd never done a probate deal. My
friend wanted OUT of that house and fast. All he

Since then, I have had a LOT of conversations with
Stacy about probate because it is about to become
my NEW favorite investing niche.

He says there is almost no competition and I
believe it.
