411: New market trends and what it means for you...

Jason again…

After being involved in REI for about a dozen years...

From Flipping to Wholesaling to Buy & Hold and MUCH, MUCH more.

From simple — to complex investing strategies, I've pretty much seen & covered it all.

But still, I feel a nagging responsibility to investors to help them cut through the fog (like a lighthouse) to guide their ships safely into the harbor.

One of the ways I do that is by watching the market for TRENDS...

That way we all can steer our REI ships around the jagged, ship-hungry rocks, so we can land safely on the smart decisions that bring in recurring cash flow and business sustaining profits.

And I know I talked about this before…

But when I spot what looks like a BIG trend...

I can't keep my mouth shut about is...

According to Redfin, Only 16 Percent of Buyers Faced a Bidding War So Far in March 2019 (Which is Down from 61 Percent a Year Earlier).

Here's what this means...

When sellers want to sell, but there are NO buyers willing to pay the asking price?

What happens?

Homes stay on the market LONGER & prices go DOWN, which usually leads to a market correction!

Now, I don't have a crystal ball or anything…

And I don't know exactly WHEN this will take FULL EFFECT or how HARD IT'S GOING LAND when it does?…

But one thing I know 100% FOR SURE is that the market is shifting (whether we like it or not).

That's what the data is telling us.

I'll be going covering what this could mean for investors and how they can get in FRONT of this trend.

Wondering, if it'd be ok if I stopped by with some more info over the next few days?

To your success!

Jason

The average person who buys any "business building" course (or something similar) rarely gets any results at all. Kind of like how the average person who buys home exercise equipment rarely ends up looking like the person in the commercials. I don't know why that is, but I think it's safe to say it's true across the board.

THIS STUFF IS ALL HARD. And it takes WORK and RISK.
