Spending $$ marketing but Empty CRM?

Lands you deals w/ ZERO $$ spent on marketing.

One of the "dreams" most investors share with me?

They want to flip a switch on their marketing & have it automatically load their CRMs with RED HOT SELLER LEADS every day.

But as we all know…It's easier said than done.

And it's one of the reasons I LOVE helping investors connect/ work with Asset Managers…

Because I've witnessed the carnage over the years as investors blindly plow money into marketing.

They see or hear other investors motor-mouthing about…

  • How Facebook is working like gangbusters…
  • Or how so & so is killing it with Google Adwords…
  • Or how someone else is crushing it with postcards or yellow letters.

So their head says: "To be a successful investor, you've GOTTA do what the successful investors are doing = Spend money on marketing!"

So they jump in with BOTH feet...

Sending thousands of postcards.

And when those don't work?...

They try yellow letters.

Then when the yellow letters only bring in a few non-responsive leads…

They give Facebook ads a try.Then Google Adwords.Then maybe bandit signs?

And after ALL that, they're left with a SKY HIGH credit card bill and they're still NOT getting deals consistently.

So as they're sitting their reading their credit card statement, they're reminded of all the marketing channels they've tried (and failed at)...

And they're left wondering: "WHAT DID I DO WRONG?"

"I did EVERYTHING Mr. & Mrs. REI guru told me to do and still NOTHING?

"Here's the reality about today's market…

The easy access to information and (advertising) technology is amazing.

It's one of the greatest times to grow a business.

But for some investors that means a HUGE increase in local competition.

Because the internet and social media news spreads in nano-seconds.

It's sorta like having a favorite (secret) fishing hole where you'd consistently catch some real beauties.

Everyday the fish would bite...

And you'd eat well for dinner (grilled fish, baked fish, fried fish).But then one day…

Someone sees you leaving with your poles, you gear & your gaggle of freshly caught fish.

And they excitedly run by you and discover your secret fishing hole.

So the next day you show up and the place is PACKED FULL of noobie fisherman.

And now, everyday folks battle for position to set their gear up where the BEST fish are.

The days of peacefully catching fish quickly, easily & quietly are over.Just like they are in Real Estate.

All the marketing that most investors are doing ISN'T working like it used to.

But why?

It's not because the marketing is bad (it's been PROVEN to work for years).It's NOT working because there are TOO MANY folks with poles in the water.

There's more competition today than there's EVER been.So what's an investor to do?

Simple.

You change WHERE you fish for properties.

Think about it…

Where would YOU rather fish for deals?

In the CROWDED retail market trying to close ONESIE-TWOSIE deals…

...where arrogant sellers are asking for 85%+ ARV for their (almost) tear-down properties.— OR —

Would you rather have the deals delivered to you on a silver platter?

Where you'd be one of the select few investors that will have Asset Managers calling & emailing you with potentially HUNDREDS of OFF-MARKET discounted properties EVERY month for you to make offers on.
