What if you don’t do something?

IF you've got deals closing every week …

IF you're ending your days at 3 pm WITHOUT your cash flow plunging off a cliff, getting mangled by the rocks below...

IF you've got a team handling the life sucking, day-to-day operations, freeing you up so you're focused like a magnifying glass in the sun, burning up your highest level activities…

Then you can skip this note.

But if that's NOT the case…

I GOTTA ask...

What happens if you choose to do NOTHING?

What happens if you keep the blinders on and don't do something different?

Just imagine for a second if your life stayed the same...

You make the SAME amount of money (or less)?

You don't meet any new people or make any new friends?

You might stay stuck, working at a job?

Or stuck working 40+ hours a week on $10/hr tasks that burn holes in your pocket and steal time away from your loved ones?

Or maybe you'll (gulp), get another credit card or line of credit, to keep the dream alive because you're not closing deals every month (or look for a job, again, instead)?

And these problems?

They WON'T go away just because we DECIDE to ignore them, right?

Take a second to vividly imagine what that would look like.

How would you feel?

Please realize, I'm saying this with love in my heart ...

I hope it's coming across that way?

This may be painful to think about, but it's important for you to understand the cost of doing NOTHING.

And the LAST thing I want to do is to try and make you feel bad.

I just know that sometimes the best way to improve your life is to realize you want more and then take IMMEDIATE, DECISIVE action.

If you decide NOT to take action...

If you decide NOT to turn things around as we begin Q3 2019...

How can you honestly expect things to EVER change for the better?

And what's scary?…

This scenario is far more realistic than most realize.

Just think…

How much of your life, time and money have you already sacrificed on the altar of your real estate investing business?...

…accepting FAR less than what you KNOW you deserve?

How much have your relationships with friends and family suffered?

"If you keep doing what you've ALWAYS done, for the next year, 2 years, or 5 years & NOTHING changes...

...how can you realistically expect the next few years to be ANY different?"

My advice, which has been forged from doing over 600 deals and doing over $250 Million in transactions, working with hundreds of investors over the past 11 years?

DO something about it.

TAKE control.

MAKE a change.

DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE STUCK in your current patterns any longer than you have to be.

Take action NOW.

Most people don't realize (early enough) that there's a HUGE opportunity cost to doing nothing.

And yet, they regret the money they COULD be making, but aren't, because they did NOTHING.

They regret the TIME they didn't spend with their loved ones, because they didn't make MOVES.

But you're not most people.

You're different.

You're willing to grow and improve.

How do I know?

Because you're READING THIS NOW!

So act on your gut.

Don't let fear keep you trapped.

Freedom is SO CLOSE for so many, yet so far away for some because they don't act.

Acting in this moment, may very well be a turning point in your business & life.
