Let Asset Managers know you wholesale?

When working with Asset Managers…

You NEVER want to say that you're a wholesaler.

That's, that's a huge red flag for most Asset Managers

Why?

Because they don't understand it.

And normally when somebody doesn't understand something, they rarely move forward with the deal.

Listen…

Don't say anything.It's none of their business, what you do with the properties.

That said…
