We're talking notes again today.

What's better than that tough…

Here's all of the things savvy folks WON'T have to do when they INVEST in notes…

They won't have to do any of the yucky stuff like:

  • Sketchy property inspections (feeling like you're gonna get stabbed in the face by a serial killer :-)…
  • Trying to get more than a 10% discount from a "motivated" seller (might be easier to squeeze blood out of a rock?)...
  • Spending MONTHS & MONTHS of your blood, sweat & tears rehabbing a property…
  • Dealing with incompetent contractors & subs…
  • Spending thousands on marketing only to be let down by an EMPTY CRM…
  • Dialing for dollars…
  • Driving for dollars…
  • Losing 6% to Realtors…
  • Running all around town hanging bandit signs…
  • Bidding against dozens or 100's of other "investors" for the same "wholesale" property...
  • And ON and ON it goes...

But with notes?

Say for example we have a $100k note the bank discounts and sells to us for $30k.

The property owner's paid $50k on it.

So there's $50k equity in the home.

If we wholesale the note to another investor for $40k.

The investor would have $10k equity in the property.

And we'd make a quick $10k.

And all we did was fire out an email to our investor list.

It's just like selling $$ at a discount.

Think about it…

If I said for every $10 you give me, I'll give you $12 back, how many times would you do THAT?

Probably as many times you could, right?

Well the same can be true for notes.

You don't gotta swing hammers or hire contractors or spend a mint trying to stuff your CRM full of "motivated" sellers…

You just have to be able to do some basic math (in your PJ's, from your kitchen table & you can even cheat and use your phone :-), then send a few smoke signals to your cash buyers.
