Spent $ on direct mail, but few leads?

Close deals w/ ZERO spent on marketing?

Investors KNOW they have to spend good money marketing their businesses, right?

But lately?

It's been a tough market for everyone right now.

And because of that some investors are dumping a LOT of cash on direct mail, but their phones are silent and their CRM's are getting lonely.

And we know that lonely CRM's = ZERO leads.And ZERO leads?

$0 made from deals.

Which is why I'm excited to share why working with Asset Managers can be such a breath of fresh air...

Because you DON'T need to spend thousands sending direct mail, marketing your REI biz.

You just send a few simple emails, or Linkedin messages (for free) to connect with Asset Managers and get lists of their properties landing in your inbox.

But there's an exception or two to this…

  1. You MUST be 100% comfortable closing deals (apologies, but this isn't a great fit if you're new to investing)...

  2. You have to be willing to put in 2 hours a day connecting with Asset Managers on LinkedIn (we have software to speed up the process, but you STILL need to connect with and talk with Asset Managers).
