Angry homeowner phone calls just flat out suck!
They always ask...
- How'd you get my information?
- What's your offer going to be?
- I'm not selling. Take me off your list.
The list can go on and on and on.
The other thing that sucks is the low response rates.
You send out 1,000 pieces. 20 people call you back.
18 of those people are angry. 2 of them want close to retail.
Maybe you get a deal... maybe.
I'd want to share with you how we're consistently generating 30%+ response rates, and....
ZERO ANGRY PHONE CALLS
I know it sounds too good to be true. It's alright for skepticism. I know I was.
Below is a letter we use to get these wild response rates, but it came with a high cost of testing it in 138 cities and nearly $300k.
